ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes encompasses mediation, conciliation, and arbitration.
RAL entities are those authorized to conduct mediation, conciliation, and arbitration of consumer disputes in Portugal; they must be included in the list of RAL entities established by Law No. 144/2015 of September 8.

 

These are independent entities staffed by experts who, acting impartially, help consumers and businesses reach an amicable resolution through mediation or conciliation; or, if no agreement is reached, facilitate a decision by arbitrators through a simple and expedited arbitration process.

 

We would like to inform our customers that, to resolve any disputes arising from our provision of services—and although we are not bound by any ADR body by virtue of membership or legal requirement—they may visit the website to view the list of existing ADR bodies and make their own choice.
